ORANGE/GREEN MEAL || SMOKED PAPRIKA CHICKEN WITH HONEY GLAZE


INGREDIENTS

Serves 2

  • 2 chicken breasts cut in 1/2 (cut down the length of each breast)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • sea/himalayan salt
  • 2 dessert spoons honey
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • handful of mozzarella pears
  • handful of fresh basil leaves - optional
  • balsamic glaze - optional but adds great flavour
  • 8 cherry tomatoes cut in 1/2

TIP - If you are very active and train regularly then this can be a green meal.
