GREEN MEAL || SMOKED SALMON SALAD


INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

Cooking time - Less than 3 minutes

  • Handful of smoked salmon
  • Handful of mixed salad leaves
  • 1/2 Sliced avocado
  • Small handful of thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 Fresh lemon
Tip - This serves well as a pre workout meal. If I'm hungry then I would have this no less than 1 hour before my workout, it's a light meal and doesn't hit the digestive system as hard.
