- 2 Eggs
- 2 Strips of unsalted Bacon
- Small handful of Spring Onion - optional
- Small handful of Mushrooms
- 1 Slice Bloomer Sourdough toast
- 1 Crushed Garlic Clove
- Season with some Black Pepper
The Special Sauce ingredients
- Small handful of mature cheddar cheese
- Small handful of smoky Applewood Cheese or any other smoky cheese
- Just over 1/4 Cup Double Cream
- 1 Tsp Full Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp Wholegrain Mustard
Bread is a special treat, if you want to get great fat burning results, eat it now and again or completely cut it out.
If you don’t eat bacon, just remove it. You can add in a bit more mushrooms.
