
GREEN MEAL || EGG AND BACON WITH SUNDRIED TOMATOES AND CHILLI
INGREDIENTS
Serves 1
- 2 eggs
- 2 strips unsmoked bacon
- 1/2 avocado
- handful of sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp chilli - I used a jar of Easy Chilli - optional
- 1 dessert spoon finely chopped sundried tomatoes - optional
TIPS
- Because the bacon is salty, I do not add salt to this meal
- If I cook my eggs longer than 45 seconds, they become rubbery and remember, the moment I scoop them out of the pan onto the plate, they still continue cooking
- Black pepper is also optional in this recipe but does add nice flavour
