
Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
Serves 1
- 50/50 Flour mixture (Almond and Plain)
- 1 1/4 cup of plain flour
- 1 1/4 cup of almond flour
- 4 Tsp of Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 large Egg
- 300ml Full fat milk
- 1/4 Cup melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla essence
TIP - You don’t have to use almond flour but it does make this recipe a bit healthier. If you want, use a cup and 1/2 plain flour on it’s own (1 1/2 Cup)
For sweet flavour, drizzle a small amount of honey over pancake and top with blueberries and strawberries
