Serves 1

  • 50/50 Flour mixture (Almond and Plain)
  • 1 1/4 cup of plain flour 
  • 1  1/4 cup of almond flour 
  • 4 Tsp of Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 300ml Full fat milk
  • 1/4 Cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1/2 Tsp vanilla essence

TIP - You don’t have to use almond flour but it does make this recipe a bit healthier. If you want, use a cup and 1/2 plain flour on it’s own (1 1/2 Cup)

For sweet flavour, drizzle a small amount of honey over pancake and top with blueberries and strawberries

6 months ago I signed up to JQ Fitness online training. I never thought I would get the amazing results that I have so quick.
