  • 2 lemons
  • 2 handfuls of smoked salmon 
  • 1/2 a red onion
  • Handful of dill
  • 2 soft boiled eggs
  • 2 wholemeal seeded rolls or 2 slices of sourdough (optional)
  • Full fat cream cheese
  • Sea salt & pepper 



It is really down to personal choice how you present this gorgeous platter. Team HeyJQ like to arrange all of the ingredients onto a large wooden sharing board.
