- 2 lemons
- 2 handfuls of smoked salmon
- 1/2 a red onion
- Handful of dill
- 2 soft boiled eggs
- 2 wholemeal seeded rolls or 2 slices of sourdough (optional)
- Full fat cream cheese
- Sea salt & pepper
