INGREDIENTS

 Tip - This meal is an orange meal although the peaches contain a bit more sugar, I wouldn't have it every day but maybe maximum twice a week for good results

  • Handful of parma ham - break into smaller pieces
  • Small handful of flaked mozzarella cheese - break the cheese into bitesize pieces
  • 1 Small peach or nectarine cut into quarters
  • Small handful of salad leaves
LET'S GET COOKING


  1. Preheat oven on 180 degrees celcius for 5 minutes.
  2. Place the peaches or nectarine pieces in a small oven dish and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes. If the peaches/nectarines are very soft/ripe before baking, it might take only a maximum of 15 minutes in the oven until soft. After baking the ingredients should be very soft.
  3. Let's serve up this tasty salad. First place the salad leaves on plate, then spread out the mozzarella cheese and parma ham. Finally top with the peaches or nectarines. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the salad and sprinkle some black pepper over the mozzarella cheese for extra flavour.
