
Iced Coffee
This is a treat to be enjoyed 'occasionally' if you would like to continue burning body fat.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 1
Add into mug/cup in order as laid out below
- Handful of small ice cubes
- 1/3 Cup black Coffee (mix the coffee with warm water before adding in)
- 1 Tsp Honey (optional)
- 1 Tsp grated 85% Dark Chocolate
- 1/2 Cup Full Fat Milk
- 1/4 Cup Double Cream
- 2 Dessert spoons Whipped Cream (make yourself)
- 1 Tsp honey (drizzle over the top of the cream)
- 1 Tsp grated 85% Dark Chocolate
- Sprinkle Tiny amount of Coffee Powder over the top
