This is a treat to be enjoyed 'occasionally' if you would like to continue burning body fat. 

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

Add into mug/cup in order as laid out below

  • Handful of small ice cubes
  • 1/3 Cup black Coffee (mix the coffee with warm water before adding in)
  • 1 Tsp Honey (optional)
  • 1 Tsp grated 85% Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2 Cup Full Fat Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Double Cream
  • 2 Dessert spoons Whipped Cream (make yourself)
  • 1 Tsp honey (drizzle over the top of the cream)
  • 1 Tsp grated 85% Dark Chocolate
  • Sprinkle Tiny amount of Coffee Powder over the top
