
Homemade Granola With Greek Yogurt
INGREDIENTS
Serves 1
Granola Ingredients
- 1 Tsp of Flaxseed
- 1 Tsp of Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp of Flaked Almonds
- 1 Tbsp of Walnut pieces
- 1 Tbsp of Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 Tbsp of Sunflower Seeds
- 5 Chopped Brazil nuts
- 1 Tsp of Ground Nutmeg
- 1 Tsp of Ground Sweet Cinnamon
- Drizzle of Honey (approx. 1 Tsp)
Yogurt & Berries
- 4 Dessert Spoons of Greek Yogurt
- Small handful of Blueberries
- Small handful of Raspberries
LET'S MAKE GRANOLA
- Add all Granola ingredients into a small deep bowl (excluding the honey)
- Mix well together with a spoon
- Once mixed, add in the Honey
- Use a small dessert cup or bowl - add in half of the Yogurt at the bottom of the bowl/cup, then add 3/4 of the Granola mix
- Add half of the Berries and top with the remaining Greek Yogurt
- Top with the remaining Granola and Berries
