Chilli Brisket Pizza


Serves 2


  • Refer to Chilli Brisket recipe on the members page 
  • 1 ready made pack of sourdough pizza dough (regular pizza dough will suffice) 


  • 1 sliced red onion 
  • 1 Dessert spoon of butter 
  • 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 dessert spoon of honey
  • Mozzarella balls 
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree (use more of needed to cover the base)
  • Chopped parsley (optional)


  1. Put your butter into a frying pan on a medium heat. Once melted, add your red onion and cook for 5-7 mins or until softened.
  2. Add your balsamic vinegar and cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from the heat and place in a bowl, add your honey and then leave to cool
  3. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees (fan assisted) 
  4. Roll out your pizza dough (as per instructions provided)
  5. Spread your tomato puree evenly over the pizza base and then add the rest of the toppings in the following order: - chilli brisket, mozzarella, red onion
  6. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes (unless your pizza dough instructions say different)
  7. Once the pizza has cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle over the parsley (optional)
