Bullet coffee has been known as the fat burning coffee for quite a while. It contains plenty of good fats that will keep you full for a long time and helps to reduce body fat when used properly. This only happens because the individual person feels full and doesn't eat as much, therefor the food intake is much less and the body can start to burn it's own fat for energy.
Too many people use this drink to replace real food almost daily and it can work but I don't recommend using it too much. For me this drink is something that can help on the days we have very limited time to cook or maybe on the occasional morning or when I don't really want to eat a big meal before my training session.
How and when to use it?
- This drink can be used as a way of fasting, so if I had my last meal at 6pm in the evening and then the next meal at 11am the next morning then that would be an 17 hour fast (you haven't eaten for 17 hours). More expert guidance on intermittent fasting in the link below if you'd like to try it out. Incredible way of burning fat and also very healthy if used in the correct way.

50 ml double cream
200ml full fat milk
1 tsp coffee
1 tsp unsalted butter
1 tsp coconut oil
Enjoy this creamy satisfying drink and remember that there are no miracle drinks out there to reduce body fat, this is only to help out at times when we get a bit stuck for time.
