5 KM PODCAST #3 - How many different training shoes do you have?

We all seem to like buying different types of gym or running shoes

It's great, they look good, feel comfortable, make you feel fit and ready for taking on anything and seems to just be in every cupboard. The best feeling is when you put on your new trainers, it immediately inspires you and all you want to do is exercise.

There is no problem with wearing trainers, just make sure that you have the right sort of footwear for your specific activity. A good pair of running shoes can assist your run and protect your joints.
