This is based on 3 meals a day for a 7 day layout - (21 total meals)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGreen meals - 18\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYellow meals - 2\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRed meals - 1\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTotalling 21 meals for the week\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou are more that welcome to change the numbers above and can eat the amount of food that works for you per week, but please remember that 21 solid meals a week should be enough to consume. If you enjoy 2 meals per day then that's also fine or even less. Sometimes I have 3 meals the one day and for 2 days after that I might just have 2 meals a day.
