Remove the banana skins and add into a deep bowl. Mash until soft, not until completely smooth.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNow add the following ingredients into the deep bowl with the bananas. The eggs, the milk, the maple syrup, and the vanilla essence. Mix for a couple of minutes.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAdd in the all the flour, the baking soda, the cinnamon and the salt. Mix well for 4 minutes.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNow add in 1\/2 of the chocolate chips and mix in. Gently shake the loaf pan to even out the mixture or use a spoon.
